Challenge & Solution
For a company operating in the retail and design sector, in a landscape where cyber threats evolve rapidly, strengthening employee awareness of social engineering attacks and human-related vulnerabilities had become a priority. The project introduced a security awareness platform capable of delivering interactive training and realistic phishing and ransomware simulations, enabling precise monitoring of user reactions and providing detailed audits/reports on the activities and behaviors observed.
Our Process
Key project phases:
- Assessment of staff training requirements and baseline awareness evaluation
- Cloud deployment of the Smartfense platform, accessible through a web browser
- Modular activities: simulated phishing and ransomware campaigns, training modules and videos, and interactive quizzes

Result Driven
The implementation of the platform significantly reduced instances of risky behavior (clicking on fraudulent links, opening suspicious attachments), while increasing users’ risk perception and reaction capabilities. Detailed reporting provided concrete data to support targeted corrective actions and plan further training initiatives.
